- Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?
- As a general rule, check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time is 10pm.
Please check your accommodation plan as it may vary. - Q. Can I check in early or late?
- Early check-in is available from 1:30pm for an additional fee of 3,300 yen (tax incl.).
Please contact us at least one day in advance.
There are no restrictions on late check-in.
For plans including meals, the last order for dinner is 7pm.
The public baths are open from 5am to 12am. - Q. Can I extend check-out time?
- Yes, with additional fee of 1,650 yen/hour (tax incl.) before noon.
Please contact us for extensions after noon. - Q. Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
- Yes, the storage is available at the front desk.
Please feel free to let us know.
JR passengers can leave the luggages at the Tourist Information Center in front of Isawa-Onsen station.
They will be delivered to the front desk of the hotel upon check-in.
(You can enjoy sightseeing without any luggage) - Q. Can I deliver a package to the hotel?
- Yes, we can hold it until you arrive.
Please write the date of your stay and name of guest on the slip when shipping.
It would be appreciated if you could let us know in advance. - Q. Can I stay without meals?
- No meal plans are available depending on the date and room type.
"1 night with 2 meals", "1 night with no meal", and "1 night with breakfast" plans are available.

- Children and infants are welcome.
Rates for children and infants are as follows.
◎Junior high students and older: same as adults
◎Elementary students: 70% of adults
◎Infant A: 50% of adults
◎Infant B: 4,400 yen, no meals, futon only (tax incl.)
◎Infant C: 3,300 yen, no meals/futon (tax incl.)

- No pets are allowed.

- Breakfast is served at 7:30 or 8am.

- Japanese breakfast will be served to each guest at the venue.

Children's meals are available
- ◎Room rate is 50% of adult → Infant meal for preschool students (up to 6 years old, Japanese or Western style).
- ◎Room rate is 70% of adult → Child meal for elementary students (7 to 12 years old, Japanese or Western style).
It can be changed to infant meal (Japanese or Western style) at the same price.
- Q. Can you accommodate my inedible food or allergies?
- Yes. Please let us know at the time of reservation or at least 2 days prior to your stay.
Changes to the menu will be at the discretion of the facility.

- How can I use it?
Banquet room is available for a minimum of 5 persons.
If you wish to use it, please contact the reservation center prior to your arrival.

Rooms have steps at the entrance, bathroom, and toilet.
A detached house, Annex Kaguya, is located on the first floor. - Q. Is there an elevator to the 2nd floor guest rooms?
- There are no elevators.
For 2nd floor guest rooms, please use the stairs. (Handrails are available.) - Q. Are cribs and baby bedding available?
- No.

- It is simple alkaline.
- Q. Does the hot spring water come out of the water faucets and shower?
- Yes.
- Q. When is the spa crowded?
- The large baths are comparatively crowded from 4 to 6pm and from 8 to 10pm.
Private baths are available by reservation only. Please make a reservation in advance (time cannot be changed on the day) or upon check-in.
- Q. Is parking available?

Up to 100 cars can be parked.- *Free parking with a roof is available for motorcycles and convertible cars. Please contact us in advance if you plan to use the parking. (Parking is limited)
