Horse sashimi, the most frequently requested side order dish, is made from carefully selected "special red meat".
Marbled Wagyu beef is served with wasabi, rock salt, or special grated ponzu to be grilled to your liking.

Koshu specialty horse sashimi and Crystal pork shabu shabu plan

This plan features the frequently requested side order dish, red meat of selected Koshu specialty horse sashimi with Yamanashi brand Crystal Pork shabu-shabu.
With its robust flavor and refreshing aftertaste, Crystal pork shabu shabu has become a regular menu item and has been enjoyed by many guests.
